UNRIPE PLANTAIN PORRIDGE

Ingredients: unripe plantain, onions, magi, pepper, crayfish, dried iced fish, salt, shrimps, red oil and pumpkin leaf or scent leaf (most preferred).

Preparation:<br /> - Wash your plantain, peel and dice(cut with knife) it. Put in a pot.
- Add water to it and allow to boil.
NOTE: The water should be a little above the plantain to avoid becoming watery.
- Haven boiled, add your diced onions, magi, pepper, shrimps and crayfish. Allow to cook for 10 mins.
- Add oil and salt to taste
- Add vegetables, allow for 5 mins.
- Stir and bring down.
